All content, imagery, and branding on this site is owned by the operator unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce it without permission, except as allowed by law.

Export control

Access to the VigilSAR platform may be subject to export control and sanctions regulations. We supply the platform only after compliance review of the requesting organization.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
